Jimmy and Johnny Pender started the business in 1985 alongside their wives, Jackie and Mary Anne. From those four founders, the company grew through plumbing, welding and later HVAC, while keeping its family-oriented approach.
It began with four people.
In 1985, brothers Jimmy and Johnny Pender relocated from the Columbia area with their wives, Jackie and Mary Anne. Plumbing and welding were the company’s first services.
More ways to help.
The business added an HVAC division in 1996 and became a Bryant Factory Authorized Dealer. Its home in Port Royal brings plumbing, heating, cooling and fabrication services together.
The community is part of the story.
Pender Brothers describes longstanding support for the Beaufort Water Festival, local schools, athletic groups, charities and the local military. Its family story is connected to the area it serves.
